Work within budget parameters to maximize income and control expenses, assist in budget forecasting; responsible for preparation of monthly reports and quarterly variances.
Mentor, train and motivate subordinate employees and team members to meet and exceed goals and comply with company policies and procedures.
Ensure professional, consistent communication with residents; resolve resident issues and complaints.
Manage collection of rents to ensure minimal delinquency. Attend court proceedings for eviction.
Ensure quality and timely suite turnover to achieve property goals.
Deliver property correspondence to corporate office in a consistent and timely manner.
Approve routine purchasing and invoice processing with review of Property Manager.
Assist with the hiring, evaluation and training of personnel; evaluate job performance; manage employee issues, complaints and disciplinary matters.

Three to five years of experience as a site manager, leasing manager or related management experience. Industry experience strongly preferred.
