The Field Service Engineer (UK & Ireland) role provides field technical support for Badger Meter’s product portfolio, ensuring issues are resolved to customer satisfaction. This field‑based, home‑based position covers a territory across the UK and Ireland, with occasional overseas travel, and is ideal for candidates based in the South of England.
In this position you will deliver installation, commissioning, and calibration of water quality monitors, gas detection monitors, and flow meters, as well as provide both onsite and remote training. You will analyze measurement data, document support cases, maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer service.
Candidates should hold a qualification in Electrical, Electronics, or Engineering and have 1–3 years of experience in field service or technical support of analytical equipment. A clean driving licence, strong customer‑focused communication, problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
