Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company-wide forecasting and annual planning processes.
Consolidated Long Range Planning and “What If” Scenario Analysis
Evaluate the financial impact of potential M&A activities, new business ventures, and significant organizational changes.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Group Leaders to translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable financial targets.
Serve as the primary Finance leader and partner for all major Mortenson strategic initiatives, providing financial expertise, rigorous analysis, and guidance from concept through execution.
Lead and provide strategic direction to the Corporate FP&A team, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery of core financial planning activities.
Own and manage the consolidated long range planning and modeling process, informing critical resource allocation decisions for the Company.
Direct the creation and presentation of consolidated managerial reports and financial packages for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors, providing insightful variance analysis and performance commentary.
Conduct complex financial analyses, including profitability deep dives, scenario planning, and investment return evaluations to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with other members of the Finance Leadership Team (FLT)
Drive continuous improvement in planning models, reporting tools, and FP&A processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
Mentor, coach, and develop the Corporate FP&A and Strategic Finance teams, fostering a culture of excellence, high performance, and continuous professional growth.
