Company
Overview
Founded in 2015
Year Established
The company was born from the vision of Sentinel Peak Capital Partners in 2015 to manage and enhance multifamily communities.
Operating as the hands‑on arm of a private equity firm, it brings sharp financial insight to daily property operations.
With a portfolio spanning metropolitan markets, it specializes in lease‑ups, value‑add campaigns, and resident experience optimization.
A reputation built on ‘owner‑operator’ mentality ensures each asset is managed as if held in its own balance sheet.
Typical projects include stabilizing underperforming properties, executing strategic renovations, and delivering transparent, data‑driven reporting.
While grounded in multifamily, the firm also executes construction management to reposition assets and boost returns.
Unusually, its leadership blends private equity acumen with operational boots‑on‑the‑ground expertise for a distinctive edge.
