A minimum of 4 years as a Boiler operator or in a similar role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of steam and hot water boilers, combustion systems, and associated components (pumps, valves, gauges, etc.).
Completion of an apprenticeship program or formal training in boiler operation, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Proficiency in operating control systems and monitoring boiler performance.
Must be a US or Australian citizen
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certifications or vocational training).
Valid Boiler Operator license or certification.
Critical thinking and collaboration skills
Must Possess an active US TS/SCI w/ Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
