- Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M - $25M
- Supervise 4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 50 to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

- Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Experience leading both large construction and data center projects
- Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
- Minimum 8 years experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams
- Completed 2 or more projects from start-up to completion as a foreman, supervisor or field superintendent
- Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory experience
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
