In this centralized quality assurance role, you will validate technician workmanship across BFC’s markets by reviewing high‑volume photo and image documentation. Using the BFConnect system and SafetyCulture, you will apply consistent audit criteria, document findings, and drive corrective actions to ensure work meets BFC standards and provides clear, evidence‑based analysis for operations leaders and customers.
Your daily duties will include auditing technician‑submitted photos for completeness and compliance, initiating and tracking rework tickets, escalating critical safety or compliance issues, producing market‑level quality insights and scorecards, and supporting customer reporting with organized documentation. You will also collaborate with operations, training, and safety teams to translate trends into targeted coaching and process improvements while maintaining audit tools and participating in calibration sessions.
The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a detail‑intensive operational support function, with a preference for field‑service exposure. Candidates must demonstrate consistent application of standards, strong written communication, proficiency with workflow systems such as BFConnect and SafetyCulture, and solid organizational and time‑management skills. Preferred experience includes supporting technician‑driven operations, defect categorization and trend reporting, and participation in calibration sessions to uphold quality standards.
