As a key support to the FP Capital team, you will provide secretarial and administrative assistance in an organized and efficient manner. Working closely with the team, you will handle a range of tasks supporting the day-to-day needs of the team. Your role will be essential in streamlining office workflow and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues and executives to help plan, coordinate, and distribute essential information in a fast-paced environment.
The role includes comprehensive secretarial, clerical, and administrative support, encompassing calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and memo drafting. You will manage enterprise systems for invoicing and procurement, coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, record meeting minutes, arrange travel, safeguard confidential documents, and support events such as townhalls and board meetings. Additional duties involve monitoring office supplies, planning internal team events, and handling ad‑hoc projects as assigned.
A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration is required. Candidates must be able to work independently and within a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The ideal applicant is meticulous, highly organized, possesses strong time‑management skills, and may have SAP system knowledge as an advantage.
