  • Participer à la rédaction des offres de services et contribuer au développement de marché;
  • Effectuer la surveillance de chantier ou des visites d’expertises;
  • Effectuer les plans de description des travaux, de nivellement et drainage ainsi que de plantation en concordance avec les devis;
  • Collaborer avec des professionnels de différents domaines (génie civil, génie électrique, environnement, biologie, géomatique, géotechnique, etc.) afin de proposer des solutions techniques et des aménagements soucieux des enjeux d’un projet;
  • Concevoir l'aménagement de places publiques, de parcs, de terrains de jeux, de sentier, de stationnement, d’infrastructures autres espaces, en tenant compte des facteurs humains, esthétiques, économiques et fonctionnels;
  • Cadre de travail et projets stimulants.
  • Élaborer les plans et devis en vue de l’exécution des travaux;
  • Assurer le suivi des contrats de services professionnels;
  • Assurer la gestion de projets afin d’atteindre les objectifs de qualité, de contenu, de coûts et d’échéancier;
  • Effectuer les analyses de site afin d’en déterminer les enjeux spatiaux, techniques, stratégiques, réglementaires afin d’orienter la conception;
  • Analyse environnementale en approche intégrée multidisciplinaires
  • Être en charge du projet ou d’une partie : contrat, conception, préliminaire, définitif et chantier

  • Élaboration de devis de performance et critères de conception de parcs et espace publics
  • Maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit;
  • Bonne connaissance technique (nivellement, drainage, matériaux et méthodes de construction);
  • Capable de synthétiser les enjeux et de communiquer de façon claire les informations;
  • Maîtrise de base de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, un atout;
  • Conception, exécution et chantier de stationnements écoresponsables
  • Élaboration de PFT (Programme Fonctionnel et Technique)
  • Étude d’impact et de faisabilité
  • Maintenir et développer l’expertise en aménagement du paysage;
  • Expérience minimale de sept (7) années dans un poste similaire;

  • Politique de télétravail et bureau flexible : Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Québec, Sherbrooke, Granby et autres;
  • Bonne compréhension du cadre stratégique des projets;
  • Élaborer des esquisses contenant des propositions ou modifications afin que les projets rencontrent les normes architecturales et une viabilité financière;
  • Membre agréé de l’Association des Architectes Paysagistes du Québec;
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (Baccalauréat) en architecture de paysage ou autre formation pertinente;
  • Possède une voiture et un permis de conduire valide.
