The Senior Project Manager is responsible for cost estimates and general operational oversight of various Transmission and Distribution electrical construction projects.
Key duties include preparing construction schedules, submitting RFIs, managing day‑to‑day project activities, acting as the main point‑of‑contact for personnel, coordinating meetings and deliverables, reporting progress, monitoring job costs versus budgets, and preparing complete labor and material cost estimates within set deadlines.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry, at least 2 years in transmission and distribution, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). They must be knowledgeable of specifications, NEC, and technical plans, proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, and possess strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to travel regularly.
