Coordinate with municipalities, DOTs, MPOs, and other stakeholders
Manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
Lead traffic studies, signal design, corridor planning, and safety analyses
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
Ensure compliance with PennDOT, MUTCD, AASHTO, and related standards
Develop proposals, scopes, and budgets for traffic/transportation projects

8+ years of progressive experience in traffic engineering/transportation design
Familiarity with PennDOT ECMS and processes
Strong business development skills
Experience mentoring and developing engineering staff
Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA (or ability to obtain quickly)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency in traffic analysis/design software (Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, etc.)
Proven ability to manage transportation projects and client relationships
PTOE certification
