  • Receive, organize, and track materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with drivers, vendors, and field teams.
  • Keep the warehouse, shop, and yard clean, safe, and well organized.
  • Prepare and stage materials for field crews and job sites.
  • Ensure materials and tools are returned and in good working order.
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse and shop operations.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on safety and respect.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and field supervisors.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and tool/equipment logs.
  • Assist with light fabrication or material prep when needed.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.
  • 3+ years of warehouse, shop, or material handling experience (construction or mechanical industry preferred).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory tracking systems helpful.
  • Ability to safely lift 50–75 lbs and operate material-handling equipment.
  • Forklift experience preferred but not required (training available).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
