Spatial analysis (i.e., GIS), data analysis using statistical programs, and database management
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel
Hydraulic calculations and/or modeling, such as HEC-RAS

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or closely related field. Completed course work in the following areas is desired: hydrology and technical writing. Completed course work in the following areas is a plus for consideration: hydraulics, water quality, GIS, AutoCAD (or MicroStation), and surveying. Four years of relevant work experience can be used to supplement the education requirement
