High School/GED required, accredited Machinist School graduate (Journeyman certification), and/or
Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty. This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Basic knowledge of tooling nomenclature
Stamping die experience required.
Ability to use equipment and apply measuring skills
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge in use of all machine tools and measuring instruments.
