Prepares and/or assists in the preparation of cost estimates, quantity take offs and staffing requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
Plans, develops, coordinates and reviews complex engineering work within a discipline on large, complex projects or assignment in support of a global business unit but may include complex features such as resolving conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional material and/or difficult coordination requirements.
Reviews and checks work of subordinate engineers.

At least 10 years of civil/ structural design related experience in Petrochemical, Energy Transition or Oil and Gas industry.
Thorough knowledge of discipline engineering techniques, the design of engineered system, and engineering design calculations.
Strong knowledge of drainage layout designs and earthworks for energy projects.
Thorough understanding of the roles played by other engineering disciplines and departments on projects, and their interfaces with the CSA team, including construction practices and the economics involved.
Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to work in project groups with shared-work teams globally, to progress project deliverables.
Experience in executing Middle Eastern projects, brownfield experience and familiarity with Aramco
Able to troubleshoot issues in a field or job site setting confidently, and to provide instruction on how to resolve issues identified.
Knowledge of current computer applications for engineering and design including appropriate knowledge of software appropriate for the relevant sub-discipline (STAAD for structural, Windes or Civil Storm for civil/ drainage, SP3D familiarity, Smartplant review
A recognized degree in a job related engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited college or university, or a professional license in an appropriate engineering discipline from a recognized licensing board.
Broad knowledge of industry codes and standards such as Saudi Building Code, ACI, AISC, PIP, etc.
Able to mentor junior engineers.
