Contribute to strategic decision-making, profit maximization, and market share in international trading.
To gather and report international market information in order to assist the top management in HM Trading in planning and development strategies.
Co-ordination with other HM Trading sales offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia, etc.
Key account management – expanding relationships with existing clients and taking ownership of business development initiatives to onboard new clients.
Forecast sales volumes in order to make sound budgeting and planning for the designated trading area.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In-depth knowledge of regional markets, especially the Vietnamese and Chinese solid fuels markets.
Proven track record of being dynamic, goal-oriented, highly flexible, and hardworking.
Excellent command of English is essential; proficiency in other foreign languages, especially Asian languages, is an asset.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated customer-centric approach (internal and external stakeholders).
Able to handle stress with full dedication to work in a challenging, multinational, complex, and fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills.

7-10 years of experience in solid fuels trading, with a heavy emphasis on coal trading and sales.
Close collaboration with other departments, particularly shipping and documentation

Established track record in coal trading, including P&L responsibility.
