Work with global controllers for Intracompany projects
Support functional Manager on project progress, key numbers and other assignments like arbitration, claims etc.
Support local ADMN in filling of Lower tax and other fillings as per statute
Calculate EVA at global level in accordance with group controlling mode
Work with Project Planner to review latest schedule and quarterly report the Earned Value
Monthly reporting of project results
Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget and reporting of the key performance indicators for the project
Track internal and external invoicing and reconciliation of cash receipts and retention.
In conjunction with Project Team, develop the Work Breakdown Structure and Budgets for the project
Review and approve Purchase Order Requisitions in alignment with budget and track P.O.s in PCS.
Track subcontractor invoicing, payments and reconciliations
Understand and report on the cash flow position of the project
Work with the project manager to assist with the preparation and tracking of potential claims for additional work
Monitor the financial “health” of the project and raise the “red flag” when a negative impact or condition arises.
Resolve of queries from global reporting on actual, variance to budget, workload, risk , opportunities etc
Work with Work Package Leaders (WPL) to develop accurate cost to complete estimates and percent complete evaluations
Assist with the preparation, processing and tracking of contract Change Orders
Track, monitor and report planned budgets/forecast vs. actual spend using project controlling tools (SAP, PCS and other tools). Provide variance explanations and possible recovery plan actions
Address queries both from Statutory, Internal and Global auditor. Resolve open points with auditor pertains to project progress, delay, un-billed revenue, cost overrun, EOT etc.

Degrees in accounting or equivalent with experience of 10-15 years in handling Trunkey Project.

CMA/CA/MBA with 8-10 years of experience in handling Trunkey Project;
Knowledge in Project cost control, Project Management
