- Supplier Administration - Maintain our supplier and subcontractor databases, onboard new vendors, and ensure all compliance documentation is up to date.
- Maintain HSE & ISO compliance by liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all documentation is up to date, including certifications, risk assessments.
- Supply Chain Management. Retain up-to-date records and ensure all supplier and subcontractor information is current and accurate. Auditing subcontractors to ensure compliance
- Reporting & Compliance - Generate essential procurement reports, track key metrics, and ensure all activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

- 3+ years of administrative or procurement experience, ideally within the construction or M&E sector.
- Knowledge of Local Supply Chain (LSC) or similar software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail—you're a pro at keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Strong communication and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with raising and managing supplier relations through supply chain management software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team player.
