- Provide mentor leadership to employees.
- Generates purchase requisition forms for supplies, repairs and/or required maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with word processing software, spreadsheet software, email software, and the use of the internet.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Effective communicator with the ability to mitigate emotional customer and employee situations.
- Working knowledge of Passivation, Pickle/Etch, Anodizing, Chemical Film Conversion Coatings, and Coatings Application.
- High school diploma and two to five years of related experience and /or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure
- Valid Driver’s License
- Problem solving and providing clear, supported and concise recommendation to management.
- Stormwater Permits
- Knowledge of all company services that are available to our customers.
- College course work is highly desirable, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Passivation, Pickle/Etch, Anodizing, Chemical Film Conversion Coatings, and Coatings Application .
- Must have strong customer relation skills.
