The opportunity is for a Continuous Improvement Manager within our Urban Transportation Solutions group, responsible for embedding Lean practices across pre‑construction and design phases of large transit projects.
- Develop and execute a Lean strategy for pre‑construction and design activities.
- Align project planning with sector‑wide Lean Design and Construction approaches.
- Provide input on Lean processes, systems, and procedures deployment.
- Guide project teams through setup, validation, governance, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Establish project conditions of satisfaction, charters, and scope plans.
- Facilitate collaborative design planning and partnering for target value delivery.
- Train, mentor, and coach personnel on Lean principles, behaviors, and tools.
- Promote Lean thinking across all functions to drive a continuous‑improvement culture.
- Apply LDC methods such as Choosing by Advantages, A3 problem‑solving, process mapping, and value‑stream mapping.
- Lead WasteWalk programs to identify and eliminate waste throughout project operations.
- Develop and maintain clear productivity metrics and ensure transparent communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience on large, complex capital projects or joint ventures with multiple interfaces.
- Proven track record implementing Lean Design and Construction methodologies.
- Preferred experience in the urban transportation industry.
- Preferred AGC CM‑Lean or LCI‑CPC certification.
- Expertise as an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) specialist with hands‑on leadership.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders using architectural or engineering knowledge.
- Fluency in both French and English (oral and written).
- Must reside in Quebec City or be willing to relocate.
