  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Respond to guest concerns/complaints regarding food or service and correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude.
  • Take menu, beverage, and bar orders from guests and communicate orders to kitchen and/or bar through POS terminal.
  • Maintain a stylish appearance that aligns with the brand image in a nightlife environment.
  • Organize and prioritize service per appropriate service sequence.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house.
  • Deliver food and beverages to table; pre-bus as necessary.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies. Request proper ID per company policy.
  • Check food orders before serving to ensure they are correct and properly presented and that special requests have been met.
  • Greet all guests at table and interact in a natural, friendly manner, cultivating regular and repeat business.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, including proper operation of POS terminals, collecting money from guests, processing credit card transactions accordingly, and reconciling financials at end of shift.
  • Contribute to the brand's online presence by periodically posting content and interacting with Company pages/accounts.
  • Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties.
  • Responsible for accurately taking orders and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment. Respond to guest inquiries regarding menu, wine list, and entertainment. Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, desserts, etc. and make recommendations. Memorize menus and daily specials to share with guests.
  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift.
