Develop and deliver technical proposals to customers
Prepare cost estimates and proposals for HVAC systems for commercial projects (i.e., installations, retrofits, and equipment replacements).
Develop trusting relationships with customers and ensure customers have positive relationships with as many ColonialWebb personnel as possible
Perform field surveys and collaborate with the operations team to confirm scope logistics and validate estimates
Develop project solutions to bring value to existing customers and a competitive advantage to bid situations
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with owner-direct customers and general contractors, as well as create strong partnerships with select engineers and vendors
Support sales and operations for project opportunities. Specifically, focus on design-build, more complex opportunities, and opportunities where there is potential for operational and/or energy pay-backs
Maintain strict adherence to all company safety rules, regulations, procedures and practices
Participate in community and industry associated networking organizations
