Technical Executive

Description

The position involves planning and executing site preparations, managing mechanical and electrical systems, critical equipment, client events, shutdowns, and incident response to ensure 24/7 equipment uptime. It also includes overseeing manpower, vendor relationships, data and budget management, and providing cross‑functional FM support during crises.

• Ensure safety and comfort of work environments through site preparation, M&E systems, and incident management.
• Plan, implement, and monitor a 52‑week M&E schedule and maintain critical equipment uptime 24/7.
• Manage internal/external preventive maintenance, ambient conditions, UPS and hub rooms.
• Prepare business reports and maintain an up‑to‑date data repository for decision‑making.
• Oversee manpower levels, attendance, morale, and appraisal processes.
• Maintain vendor relationships, conduct KPI reviews, and record monthly performance minutes.
• Implement property risk management and audit programs, handling CAPA reports for incidents.
• Manage consumable stock, ensure MOQ compliance, and procure materials for routine operations and shutdowns.
• Coordinate client and leadership visits, arranging venues, catering, and landlord liaison.
• Conduct mandatory training, preserve records, and support team development.
• Track monthly budgets, process invoices, follow up with vendors, and compile quarterly NDC reports.
• Lead shutdown planning, ensure safety, procure required materials, and update management on progress.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; 5‑7 years facilities‑management experience.
• Preferred qualifications in hotel management, building management, or business.
• Strong team‑building, leadership, and change‑management capabilities.
