The Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman role seeks a self‑starter with high professional integrity, strong work ethic, initiative, and competitive drive, who will work in a positive environment with challenging career opportunities.
- Demonstrate experience in concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
- Be willing to travel, stay out of town, and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
- Be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and pass a respirator medical evaluation and fit test.
