  • Organization Talent Review: Support the execution of the global talent review process within APAC, including Workday succession planning, 9-box calibration, and roll-up coordination. Partner with the Directors and Sr Manager of Talent, HR Technology, HRBPs, and business leaders to assess leadership pipeline health and organizational talent depth. Contribute to learning deployment and identify opportunities for regional process improvement and automation.
  • Skills Strategy: Collaborate on the global skills strategy and roadmap, helping to design and implement skills-related offerings in APAC such as Career Profiles, skills validation, mapping, and on-the-job assignments.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously improve talent processes in APAC to integrate best practices and drive efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Individual Development: Promote career mobility and progression practices that foster transparency, engagement, and growth across APAC, while aligning with global frameworks.
  • Performance Management: Ensure performance management tools and processes are effectively implemented across APAC, supporting calibrated differentiation and performance messaging. Drive goal setting, mid-year, and year-end appraisal processes in alignment with global standards.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay informed on market developments and best practices in talent and organizational development, especially within APAC. Serve as a regional subject matter expert and performance consultant.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Support the design and execution of coaching and mentoring programs to identify and develop high-potential talent in APAC, contributing to a robust leadership pipeline.
  • Talent Metrics: Partner with HR Analytics to utilize dashboards and insights that help APAC HRBPs and leaders focus on key talent KPIs. Use data to measure effectiveness of regional initiatives and recommend follow-up actions.

  • Master’s degree in HR, Talent, Organization Dynamics, I/O Psychology
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, relationship building and team collaboration skills
  • Able to translate business needs into talent programs that have measured impact on the business
  • Strong external orientation and continuous learner
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Knowledge and practical experience with workforce planning, enterprise skills or other specialized areas of talent management

  • Experience leading in a large, highly matrixed, global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Effective written and verbal communication ability
