Accounts Receivable Executive

Description

• Support the finance team with monthly closing and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain and update the outstanding/aging report for all franchise accounts.
• Prepare daily and weekly collection reports for management.
• Record receipts, reconcile franchise accounts, and coordinate with sales and accounts teams.
• Follow up with franchise partners on pending and upcoming payments.
• Issue timely, polite reminders and communicate proactively with franchise partners regarding dues.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and short payments; document adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of follow-ups.
• Strong coordination and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional and courteous approach when dealing with partners and clients.
• Experience working with franchise-based businesses or retail networks.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or client coordination.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems; basic accounting knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and record-keeping skills.
