The Senior Architect role involves planning, organizing, and executing architectural work across all project phases, from small‑scale assignments to components of larger programs. The position leads design and delivery of complex architectural packages, ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, while managing budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key responsibilities include leading BIM modelling, mentoring junior staff, conducting quality reviews, coordinating with internal and external consultants, and presenting design progress to clients. The Senior Architect also embeds Safety in Design principles, manages resource deployment within budget, and drives process improvements and innovation throughout the design process.
Candidates must have at least six years of post‑undergraduate experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, and preferably RIBA Part 2 or equivalent accreditation. Advanced technical expertise and the ability to lead moderate to high‑complexity assignments are essential.
