  • Must include five (5) years of managing projects
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
  • Must have experience managing Electric Transmission and/or Distribution projects
  • A strategic thinker and doer—equally comfortable in the weeds of project execution and in the boardroom influencing clients.
  • A customer-obsessed operator—you study your clients’ world and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Experience effectively managing direct reports and leading teams
  • Strong financial acumen and experience translating strategy into measurable financial results
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the Right of Way industry (utilities, energy, infrastructure)
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox
  • Experience overseeing large-scale projects totaling a minimum of $5 million
  • A persuasive communicator—you can negotiate, inspire, and win buy-in across diverse stakeholders.
