In a typical shift, EVS staff arrive ready to work, efficiently perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, surface disinfection, and supply replenishment, and maintain a friendly, service‑oriented attitude toward guests and staff. They ensure assigned restrooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards, conduct regular walkarounds, report maintenance problems, and log lost‑and‑found items daily.
Applicants must be 21 years or older, able to lift up to 50 lb occasionally, and capable of bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for an entire shift. Strong customer‑service skills, a self‑motivated and fast work pace, a positive can‑do attitude, honesty, and respect for privacy and property are essential; prior commercial cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus.
