The Investigator supervises all internal investigations within the facility as assigned by facility management, the Facility Support Center, or the Legal Department. Responsibilities include conducting investigations of staff misconduct, grievances, facility incidents, policy violations, and felonies committed by inmates or staff, as well as serving as a liaison to contract partners and law enforcement agencies.
The role requires collecting, preserving, and securing evidence in line with policy, maintaining chain of custody, responding to subpoenas, and providing legal testimony in court or administrative hearings when necessary.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, at least two years of investigation experience (or equivalent corrections/law enforcement experience), proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum age of 18.
