Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization. Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best terms and conditions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions in the supply chain, supplier performance issues, and changes in market conditions.
Manage global supply chain network, supplier relationships, supplier performance, and risk management.
Production Planning: Develop & implement SIOP process. Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to drive and align production schedules with demand forecasts and SIOP process.
Logistics: Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies including export controls. Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure cost-effective delivery of materials and improve customer satisfaction.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
Improve Harmar customer experience and drive profit margins.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership team, sales, engineering, marketing, IT, and customer service, to
