Perform logic network planning using Critical Path Method for the development of all plans and schedules.
Review project's baseline schedule/ three weeks ahead of schedule with the Project Manager for final approval.
Point out and analyses any identified delays/discrepancies, propose appropriate solutions to prevent exceeding the project completion date.
Ensure that all established HSE & Quality policies are administered and enforced in all areas. • Report all violations and resolved on time
Prepare reports as required by the Planning Manager on all aspects of the project, including the issuance of weekly, monthly reports to monitor work progress.
Monitor project schedule and budget during construction through site visits and report updates to Planning Manager.
Participate in the development of the commissioning plan into a fully detailed schedule outlining resources and system completion strategy with the operations team.

Prepare the project’s baseline schedule/ three weeks ahead of schedule according to internal standards, technical and contractual requirement.
Monitor the Sub-contractors performance to assure that they meet project overall performance requirements.
Monitor the implementation of the schedule and the three weeks ahead of schedules (including the progress of execution, the subcontractors work, the shop drawings, materials submissions and follow-up on procurement activities as well as the provision and use of resources).
To estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met. Work closely with site managers and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies.
