As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional administrative and operational support to Findorff’s leadership while helping streamline company resources in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with company leaders, manage logistics and communications, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Support company and employee events — from planning logistics to coordinating details onsite.
Maintain accurate data in systems; regularly review client and contact lists.
Create, proofread, and format leadership communications and presentations.
Manage complex calendars for functional department leaders and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Serve as a trusted resource to the Executive Ops Team, handling confidential information with care and good judgment.
Prepare expense reports, track invoices, and support corporate card administration.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Collaborative spirit, customer-service mindset, and sense of ownership in every task.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and discretion.
3-5 years of office administrative experience required.
Ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines.
Experience in the construction industry helpful but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
