The primary purpose of this role is to provide general technical support and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, operating under the guidance of experienced staff.

Provide technical support for end‑user devices, including ordering, building, upgrading, deploying, tracking, and disposing of equipment.
Install software and coordinate hardware repairs with vendors.
Maintain an accurate inventory of computer equipment and accessories.
Assist senior IT staff and follow established procedures under direct supervision.
Execute miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
