Technical lead on structural engineering design projects with municipalities and DOTs in the New England region and NY/NJ area.
Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers and designers in the development of designs, providing technical guidance, oversight, and support throughout all project phases.
Collaborate with construction teams and contractors during the construction phase to address design-related issues, provide clarifications, and ensure that the construction meets design intent and performance expectations.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, MIDAS Civil, LARSA) and computer-aided design (CAD) tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).
Has excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to navigate through company internet-based systems.
Proactive self-starter capable of setting a positive example for the staff.
Has excellent communication and writing skills.
Knowledgeable with Risa-3D and STAADPro analysis software.
Professional Engineer license in State of Connecticut required
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering.
