Candidates should hold an Accounting degree (CA or CA Inter), MBA-Finance or B.Com (Accounting) with the required experience.
Must have end-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA and a good understanding of OTC and PTP encompassing overall accounting. Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools, with good experience of Oracle R12. Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, DFT etc. 6-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing industry. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; adaptable to varying cultures. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to summarize findings and present solutions. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization. Acts as a business partner to aerospace plants, divisions, and headquarters, seeing the big picture.
- 6-8 years of accounting experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
- End-to-end knowledge of GL/FA processes and understanding of OTC and PTP cycles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Oracle R12, and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, DFT)
