- Proven track record managing large-scale, complex electric transmission and substation projects autonomously.
- 12+ years of experience in the utility sector, with preference for candidates with 15–20+ years in electric transmission and substation leadership.
- Own project success with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Unifier for schedule, budget, and workflow management.
- Deep understanding of PMI principles and best practices.

- This position pays between $165,000 and $205,000 annually and is an exempt position.
