Work with delivery teams to ensure proper hand-off of new business
Serve as the primary administrator for CRM systems used by the business development team
Prepare comprehensive meeting materials including agendas, handouts, and presentation decks

Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive program documentation
Coordinate all aspects of business development programs from initiation to completion, including creating and maintaining detailed timelines, action plans, and milestone tracking

Train team members on proper CRM usage and documentation standards
