Description

The role involves generating interest in the community by touring prospects, highlighting amenities, and promoting the lifestyle of apartment living. Consultants also qualify prospects, initiate background checks, ensure units are ready for move‑in, and handle related paperwork.

Providing unmatched service to residents is essential to exceed expectations and retain occupancy. The consultant must stay organized, meet leasing goals, and collaborate with the leasing staff to achieve occupancy and rent growth.

• Guide prospects through qualification, collect information, and initiate background checks.
• Prepare apartments for move‑in and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Provide exceptional resident service to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain organized office tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
• Meet leasing targets such as occupancy and rent growth.

Requirements

The position operates in a professional office environment, utilizing computers, phones, photocopiers, and other standard equipment. Employees may travel between properties, stand or walk for extended periods, and occasionally work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience. Effective communication, basic Windows computer skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.

• Communicate professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
• Possess high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year leasing experience.
• Demonstrate basic Windows computer skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Work in an office setting, using standard equipment and occasional outdoor travel (up to 5%).

Benefits
