Supervises jobs by reviewing technicians’ work and maintaining records

Supports HVAC field technicians by providing guidance and leadership
Translate detailed instructions into action items
Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact
Participates in hiring, training, directing, and mentoring of team members
Leads safety culture by following company protocol and modeling best practices
Ensures technician development is addressed across their team
Plans, assigns, and directs work of team
Addresses internal/external complaints and resolves problems

Strong interpersonal skills, achievement oriented, self-motivated, and organized
Must have in-depth knowledge of various HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls
