- Vérifier la conformité des sous-ensembles avec les exigences contractuelles et internes.
- Effectuer les inspections et les contrôles de qualité requis conformément aux procédures du client et aux spécifications de soudage.
- Effectuer les inspections et assurer la conformité des produits (+ contrôle après modification) conformément aux normes ASTM, ASME et ISO.
- Enregistrer les résultats d'inspection dans des outils numériques industriels déployés sur site.
- Assurer l'animation qualité au quotidien avec la production et les parties prenantes concernées par le processus de fabrication.
- Assurer les inspections CND avec un niveau de qualification minimal de 2.
- Rédiger des rapports d'inspection et documenter les cas de non-conformité.
- Participer aux inspections conjointes avec les clients.

- Diriger/participer aux Roots Cause Analysis (résolution des problèmes) afin de réduire les défauts par unité + mettre en place les plans d'action pour tous les défauts récurrents.
- Horaires : 40h, quart de jour/nuit
- Possibilité de renouvellement et d’obtention de licence par l’employeur.
- Cotisation au REER et contribution de l’employeur.
- Capacité à faire le trajet ou à déménager à La Pocatière.
- Avoir la capacité d'accepter ou de rejeter des produits tels que définis dans les instructions de travail / le support de l'expert.
- Connaissance des compétences informatiques de base, y compris des compétences en Excel.
- Bonne connaissance des normes ASTM, ASME et ISO.
- Niveau de français courant.
- Certifications de niveau 2 en CND (contrôle non destructif) : MT, PT, UT, RT ou VT.
- Salaire de 30$ à 55$ de l’heure, selon l’expérience.
- Prime de 2.50$ pour le quart de nuit.
