- Perform drug substance testing according to validated procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment on schedule.
- Review peer analysts’ results for compliance.
- Meet target dates and communicate testing status in Tier 1 unit meetings.
- Keep the laboratory clean and organized.
- Execute method transfers and support analytical method validation.
- Write and update test protocols, SOPs, manuals and transfer reports in line with cGMP.
- Lead investigations and manage deviations when needed.
- Assess testing results and finalize batch analysis.
- Ensure a safe, audit‑ready work environment.
- Identify and implement safety, environmental, quality and service improvements.
- Practice safe behavior in line with company health‑and‑safety policies.
- Comply with the Company Code of Integrity and Equality & Diversity Policy.

- Stay current with cGMPs and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, PSD, XRPD, wet chemistry, dissolution).
- Chemistry (or related) degree with at least 2 years GMP experience.
- Hands‑on experience with analytical technologies and troubleshooting (HPLC, GC, UV, PSD, XRPD, wet chemistry, dissolution).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management, attention to detail and results‑driven attitude.
