Planning Engineer

Description

• Build tools to measure the schedule performance of the project.
• Assist the project services manager in the evaluation and response to contractual claims
• Provide planning and scheduling assistance to the project team.
• Use the approved software to schedule the activities collected from the meetings.
• Assist the project manager with the planning for the execution of the project.
• Ensuring contractual obligations between the client and contractors are captured in the project’s plans and schedule.
• Assist the project services manager with the control and reporting of schedule progress
• Provide scheduling services via a recognized software package – MS Projects or Primavera to support the definition of project Tide from the pre-Appraise phase to Select, Define, and eventually Execute.

Requirements

• A detailed schedule suitable for project control that is integrated with the project’s work breakdown structure and cost estimate.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh within a short notice period.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 12 years experience with hands-on experience with various schedule management applications (primavera P6/ Project)
• Has previously worked on a Real Estate Project as a Consultant (Supervision) Project.
