Help manage and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Assist with return processing and coordination with internal teams.
Identify potential issues or changes needed and help prepare change orders.
Assist with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Support the Inside Sales team in daily operations and customer interactions.
Facilitate and track shipments and order logistics.
Communicate with operations, production, transportation, and installation teams to ensure alignment on project needs.
Conduct quote follow-up with customers and internal teams to ensure project momentum.
Assist the sales staff by preparing, updating, and organizing estimates and submittal packages.
Maintain professional communication with customers, project managers, designers, and internal partners.
Participate in Inside Sales process optimization and support process documentation efforts.
Coordinate with scheduling and delivery teams.
Support additional sales-related administrative tasks as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage in sales conversations and customer outreach.
