The Operations team develops the processes and controls needed to bring our product to market. This role will work closely with internal cross‑functional teams, external contract manufacturers and part suppliers, and will own the PLM and Change Management discipline.
The PLM Change Analyst will manage a best‑in‑class PLM system, preferably Arena, handling change control, configuration management, numbering, revision control and BOM configurations. Responsibilities include creating and releasing parts and specifications, executing engineering and manufacturing change orders, supporting internal process development, documenting best practices, training users and suggesting efficiency improvements.
The ideal candidate is passionate about accelerating renewables, holds a BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience), has at least two years of PLM‑focused cross‑functional experience, and understands NPI and high‑volume manufacturing at contract manufacturers.
