Oversee the creation and deployment of advanced technologies, including digital platforms, services, and new product introductions (NPI). Drive a talent strategy focused on future‑ready skills and capabilities, and lead with influence by fostering collaboration across departments to align innovation strategies with organizational goals.
Partner with business unit leaders, engineering Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and other stakeholders to integrate and promote the adoption of innovative technologies. Lead engineering project prioritization during profit and strategic planning processes, and drive change‑management initiatives that create a culture of continuous improvement and technological adaptability.
Establish clear communication channels to champion transparency and promote idea exchange across teams and stakeholders. Drive operational efficiency through modern tools, technologies, and best practices that streamline processes and workflows. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, a minimum of fifteen years of experience in technology development, innovation management, and strategic planning, and at least twelve years in a senior leadership role within a large, global, highly matrixed organization.
Experience within the energy, data center, power electronics, power distribution, or electrical component manufacturing space is essential, and a Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred. Success in this role is measured by the ability to collaborate globally to manage technology investments, promote innovation, lead change management, and demonstrate a proven track record of driving market competitiveness in energy solutions and data center operations.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $270,000 to $396,000 annually, plus eligibility for a variable incentive program. Compensation is based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
