As a Leasing Consultant you will greet prospective residents, showcase property features, guide them through the leasing process, prepare accurate lease agreements, and nurture relationships with current residents. You will also collaborate with teammates to meet occupancy goals, stay informed on market trends, and assist in planning resident events.
The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and comfort with property-management software and Microsoft Office. Experience in leasing, sales, or related fields is preferred, though eager learners are welcomed.
