In the Post Sales Design Support role for BMS, CCTV, ACS & Fire Alarm systems, the engineer reviews technical specifications, prepares submittals, shop drawings, schematics, P&IDs, isometrics and hydraulic calculations, and ensures execution with zero customer complaints.
The role requires coordination with architects, clients and contractors, adherence to operational processes for efficiency, and technical competency in fire alarm, security, BMS, gaseous suppression systems and related drawings.
- Review project technical specifications and develop submittals, shop drawings and schematics.
- Prepare P&IDs, isometric layouts, hydraulic calculations, SOPs and DDC schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, clients and contractors throughout project stages.
- Ensure project execution with zero customer complaints and adherence to operational processes.

Candidates should hold a BE in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent, have 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience with IBMS, GSS, FDS, and demonstrate attention to detail, timely delivery, quality focus, teamwork, strong communication, and self‑motivation.
- Technical competency in fire alarm, CCTV, ACS, physical security, intruder alarm, BMS, and gaseous suppression systems (FM‑200, CO₂, inert gas).
- BE Electrical & Electronics (or equivalent) with 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience in IBMS, GSS and FDS.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, on‑time delivery and ability to develop standard procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork and self‑motivation.
