Oversee deep and shallow foundation analysis, slope stability evaluations, and ground improvement design using industry-standard methods and software.

Experience applying geotechnical standards from AASHTO, ASTM, TXDOT, IBC, and other industry accredited authorities in design and reporting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Texas.
Proven ability to lead complex projects involving foundations, embankments, slope stability, earth retention systems, and CMT services.
Technical expertise with CPT data interpretation, settlement analysis, liquefaction evaluation, and ground improvement techniques.
Familiarity with software tools such as GeoStudio, LPILE, Settle3, and gINT.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and develop early-career engineers.
Minimum 8 years of progressive geotechnical experience, including management of technical teams and client-facing roles.
Strong business acumen, including prior experience with group-level financial oversight, proposal writing, and client development.
