Record work accurately in real time via the Axis mobile app.
Patch plastering and making good
Support apprentices and uphold Axis’s high standard of customer service.
Support multi-trade repairs including:
Work across occupied residential properties and be available to participate in out-of-hours support or emergency callout rota when required.
Collaborate with supervisors, planners and admin teams to keep delivery smooth and efficient.
Carry out plumbing works including leak detection, hot/cold water repairs, immersion tanks and bathroom/kitchen installations.
Complete risk assessments and follow health and safety procedures on every job.

Strong Health & Safety awareness and attention to detail
Experience across multiple trades (tiling, carpentry, plastering, decorating)
Painting and decorating to a professional standard
Knowledge of social housing repairs & maintenance
Ability to safely isolate and test electrical components
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing (or equivalent)
Valid Unvented Hot Water Systems Certificate
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Full UK driving licence and well-maintained tool kit
